WHAT WE ARE LISTENING FOR: The leaders who benefit most from this programme are those who have achieved demonstrable success and still sense that something essential is missing — that they are performing a version of themselves rather than inhabiting it fully. These questions invite you to be precise about that gap.

Section 3 : Your dragon and your roots

The Ugwu Leader Program works at the intersection of leadership pattern (your dragon) and ancestral identity (your roots). You do not need to have completed the Dragons Intensive before applying, though it is a natural pathway. The questions below help us understand both dimensions.

Section 4 : Your commitment

The Ugwu Leader Program requires more than attendance. It requires genuine engagement with work that will be uncomfortable at points — specifically Week 5 (The Crack) and the retreat (Week 7). This section is our way of ensuring you understand what you are committing to, and that you are making the commitment consciously.

We hold a minimum of two bursary places per Ugwu Leader cohort, funded through grants and corporate partnerships. Dragons alumni are eligible for alumni pricing (£4,000 founding cohort / £6,500 standard) in addition to or instead of bursary support. Your place in the cohort is determined by your readiness and the quality of your application, not your budget.
