UGWU LEADER PROGRAM · FREE PUBLIC SESSION

The Climb

On inheritance, memory, and the leadership only you can offer

“The climb is not away from where you came from. The climb is what becomes possible when you stop leaving it behind.”

This session is about the intelligence your inheritance has been carrying on your behalf — and what becomes available when you stop performing away from it. The facilitator opens by holding their own object and speaking briefly about who it connects them to. The room shifts immediately. You will not be the same person who entered it ninety minutes earlier.

What happens in this session

You can attend this session without attending Session One. But if you have attended Session One, this session will land somewhere entirely different in you.

The Pathway Between Programmes

Two stages. One journey.
The Ugwu Dragons Intensive and the Ugwu Leader Program are not interchangeable. They address different depths of the same wound. Understanding the precise distinction between them is essential.

STAGE ONE — THE BURNING GROUND

Ugwu Dragons Intensive

A targeted, contained intervention. You arrive with a leadership block that has been costing you. You leave with its name, its origin, and three specific practices for dissolving it. This programme does not try to change everything. It changes the one thing that is limiting everything else.

What you leave with:

  • Named dragon archetype and its full origin story
  • Dragon Origin Statement — when and why it formed
  • Dragon Behaviour Map — pattern and interruption strategies
  • Dragon Integration Charter — the gift reclaimed, the commitment made
  • Personalised Dragon Report PDF
  • Access to the Dragons Alumni network
STAGE TWO — THE REBUILDING

Ugwu Leader Program

An initiatory journey. You arrive having named your dragon. Now you rebuild the identity it was guarding. Eleven metaphorical thresholds, one in-person retreat, and a cohort who will witness your becoming. This programme does not fix the leader. It reveals them.

What you leave with:

  • Root Map — identity and values across three generations
  • Courage Contract — completed publicly at the retreat
  • Power Ethics Charter — your personal accountability framework
  • Offering Statement — your leadership gift, named and activated
  • Self Crafted Letter of Initiation
  • Ugwu Leader Alumni Circle — lifetime membership

“The Dragons Intensive is the burning ground. The Leader Program is the rebuilding. You need both — and they must remain distinct.”

“Omenala Group is not running events. It is building a community of practice that compounds in value with every cohort. The alumni circle, the annual summit, the naming pathway, the upgrade logic — each element is designed so that the people who enter this ecosystem never fully leave it. That is not a retention strategy. That is an institution.”
