Most leadership development asks you to add something. This session asks you to notice what has been subtracted — and what it has cost you to lead the way you have been leading. It is ninety minutes. There are no slides. No frameworks with acronyms. No sharebacks. Just a question, a witnessing practice, and a piece of paper with two names on it that you will take home.

What happens in this session

You write the name your performance carries — the one that describes who shows up when the room is watching
A 25-minute spoken piece on the cost of performed leadership — delivered without slides, without a framework, as a piece of thinking spoken aloud
A witnessing practice in groups of three: four minutes to speak toward what is true, without response, without advice — only presence
You write a second name on the back of the paper — and leave holding the distance between the two
